飛行機で
ストックホルム・アーランダ国際空港は、ストックホルムの中心部の北約45kmに位置し、スウェーデンの空の玄関口として国際線や国内線が発着します。空港のターミナルは5つあり、主要航空会社であるスカンジナビア航空（SAS）、フィンランド航空（Finnair）ともにターミナル5。1階が到着階で、2階が出発階です。
空港から市内へ（タクシー）
車体に Arlanda-Stockholm の表示がしてあるタクシーが、定額料金で市内まで運行しています。（所要時間30分／料金495 -745クローナ）
空港から市内へ（鉄道）
ターミナル5の地下からストックホルム中央駅へ、アーランダ・エクスプレスが朝5時5分から翌朝1時5分まで運行しています。（所要時間20分／料金240クローナ）
